The Chybyda (Russian: Чыбыда; Yakut: Чыбыыда, romanized: Çıbııda) is a river in Yakutia (Sakha Republic), Russia.
[1] The river flows across practically uninhabited territory of Vilyuysky District.
Its confluence with the Vilyuy lies approximately 30 km (19 mi) upstream from Vilyuysk.
Finally it joins the right bank of the Vilyuy 365 kilometres (227 mi) from its mouth.
It freezes in mid October and stays under ice until the second half of May.
