Collegeville, Nova Scotia

It is located roughly 15 kilometres (9.3 mi) southwest of the town of Antigonish.

The highest temperature ever recorded in Nova Scotia occurred at the Collegeville climate station, when on 19 August 1935 the mercury climbed to 38.3 °C (100.9 °F).

The Environment Canada weather station in Ashdale retains the name Collegeville.

The Collegeville post office opened June 1, 1887 and closed February 29, 1932.
