Ethan Stowell is an American chef and restaurateur.

Based in Seattle, his restaurants include Goldfinch Tavern, How to Cook a Wolf, Red Cow, Rione XIII, and Tavolàta.

He is the founder and chief executive officer of Ethan Stowell Restaurants.
