Frank Giorgio (June 5, 1878 – August 15, 1944) was an Italian-American lawyer, politician, and magistrate from New York.
[2] Giorgio attended St. Alphonsus school and La Salle Academy.
[4] In 1922, Giorgio was elected to the New York State Senate as a Democrat, representing the 2nd District.
[6] In 1926, he was appointed a city magistrate for a ten-year term by Mayor Jimmy Walker.
He was a member of the Elks, the Knights of Columbus, and the Queens County Bar Association.
