Harbeck-Fruitdale was formerly a census-designated place (CDP)[2] in Josephine County, Oregon, United States, near Grants Pass.

As of the census[1] of 2000, there were 3,780 people, 1,553 households, and 1,071 families residing in the CDP.

There were 1,655 housing units at an average density of 1,044.3 per square mile (403.2/km2).

The racial makeup of the CDP was 93.76% White, 0.24% African American, 1.27% Native American, 0.61% Asian, 0.03% Pacific Islander, 2.17% from other races, and 1.93% from two or more races.

24.9% of all households were made up of individuals, and 13.4% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
