Gampel-Bratsch is a municipality in the district of Leuk in the canton of Valais in Switzerland.

[3] The voters of the municipalities of Gampel and Bratsch decided to merge on January 20, 2008.

[5] Gampel-Bratsch has an area, as of 2011[update], of 23.1 square kilometers (8.9 sq mi).

[6] Most of the population (as of 2000[update]) speaks German (93.4%) as their first language, Albanian is the second most common (1.9%) and Serbo-Croatian is the third (1.4%).
