German Township, Fulton County, Ohio

The fake town of Beatosu was inserted into the 1978-79 Michigan state map of the township as a joke.

[4] The township is governed by a three-member board of trustees, who are elected in November of odd-numbered years to a four-year term beginning on the following January 1.

The Goll Woods State Nature Preserve northwest of Archbold, beside the Tiffin River, is located in the township.

Built in the 1860s and 1870s, the Goll Homestead is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
