In August 2024, she was elected the third female Speaker of Rwanda's Chamber of Deputies.
[1] In 2003, Kazarwa earned a bachelor's degree in management from the Kigali Independent University.
[2] Later, Kazarwa moved to the Netherlands to study for an MBA with a concentration in Finance and Administration from the Maastricht School of Management.
[4] From 2014 to 2019, Kazarwa served in the Rwandan Senate as a member of the Liberal Party.
[5] Kazarwa replaced outgoing Senator Donatille Mukabalisa who left to become a Member of Parliament.
