The parish church is located at 300 Lonsdale Road, in the Forest Hill area of Toronto, Ontario.

[2] Work on the current building, designed by Eden Smith,[3] began in May 1912.

[4] In 1923, the Parish Hall, with an auditorium and gymnasium below, was completed, as well as the vestries on the north side of the chancel.

[5] The original Eden Smith design was completed in 1938, including a chapel on the south side.

A two-story addition on the west side was built in 1955 as an Education Centre.
