Lange (13 October 1863 – 15 January 1943) was a Danish librarian and egyptologist.
He expressed interest in hieroglyphics as a young man.
He became Chief Librarian at the Royal Danish Library in 1901 and served in that role through 1924.
[1] He showed great interest in incunabula and increased the library's collection in that area during his tenure.
In 1918 he received an Honorary Doctorate from Lund University.
