Harbeth Fu Wing (Chinese: 符泳; pinyin: Fú Yǒng; Jyutping: fu4 wing6; born March 18, 1980) is a Hong Kong former swimmer, who specialized in sprint freestyle events.

[1] He represented Hong Kong, China at the 2000 Summer Olympics, and later became a top 16 finalist at the Asian Games (2002 and 2006).

Fu Wing competed only in the men's 50 m freestyle at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney.

Fu Wing closed out the field to last place in a time of 24.20, finishing behind leader Borisenko by 0.74 seconds.

Fu Wing failed to advance into the semifinals, as he placed fifty-third overall in the prelims.
