Harriet Chung

Chung played the lead role in the opening musical at the 2006 Miss Chinese Toronto Pageant and was a featured performer at the 2014 Mandarin Profile Awards.

Chung performed in the world premiere of Salesman in China[6] at the Stratford Festival, where she received critical acclaim for her comedic portrayal of the resident makeup artist Hui Li and her depth as Auntie Zhao.

[7][8][9][10][11][12] Chung received critical acclaim when she starred in the world premiere of the musical Golden Lotus in Hong Kong in September, 2014.

The metamorphosis of her from being a victim of the Song Dynasty’s corrupt political scene to a player within it carries conviction, and is convincing, mainly because Ms. Chung also dextrously articulates the grammar of body language with great clarity.

This cinematic rendition garnered widespread acclaim, accumulating over sixty prestigious film awards on the international stage.

"[28] Chung also recorded two additional tracks on the album Golden Lotus: Sounds from the Musical (Deluxe Edition): When I Close My Eyes and Lord of the Five Ways.
