[2] After retaining the Premier Division title in 1988–89 and returning to the Five Ways Inn in 1989, the club adopted their current name and moved up to the Staffordshire Senior League.

[3] In 1996 the club transferred to Division One North of the West Midlands (Regional) League.

[3] In 2001–02 Heath Hayes won the Staffordshire Senior Vase with a 3–0 win over Alsager Town in the final.

[3] They won the Staffordshire Senior Vase again in 2008–09, beating Ball Haye Green 2–1 in the final.

[4] After winning the Premier Division title in 2009–10 the club were promoted to the Midland Alliance.
