Hemirhagerrhis is a genus of snakes in the family Psammophiidae.

[2] The specific name, hildebrandtii, is in honor of German botanist Johann Maria Hildebrandt.

[3] The specific name, kellerii, is in honor of Swiss naturalist Conrad Keller.
