Herbert Dorfmann (born 4 March 1969 in Brixen, South Tyrol) is an Italian agronomist and politician of the South Tyrolean People's Party (SVP) who has been serving as a Member of the European Parliament since 2009.

After that Dorfmann became the director of the South Tyrolean farmers' association, a position he occupied for nearly ten years.

He has since been serving on the Committee on Agriculture and Rural Development, where he is his parliamentary group's coordinator.

[1] Along with Norbert Lins, he is also his group's co-rapporteur on the reform of the Common Agricultural Policy.
