Holcosus quadrilineatus, also known commonly as the four-lined ameiva and the four-lined whiptail, is a species of lizard in the family Teiidae.
The species is endemic to Central America.
H. quadrilineatus is found in western Panama, Costa Rica, and southeastern Nicaragua.
