Hylodes sazimai is a species of frog in the family Hylodidae.
[2][3][4] Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forest, subtropical or tropical moist montane forest, and rivers.
The adult male measures 27.1-28.5 mm in snout-vent length.
The skin of the dorsum is brown in color, and the legs are red-brown with darker bars.
There are lighter stripes on the frog's sides, reaching from the eye to the groin.
