The Ichera (Russian: Ичера or Ичёра) is a river in Irkutsk Oblast, Russia.
It is a tributary of the Lena with a length of 138 kilometres (86 mi) and a drainage basin area of 4,501 square kilometres (1,738 sq mi).

Ichera village is located by the left bank of the Lena, a little upstream from the confluence.
The river heads in a roughly southeastern direction across a taiga area.
