Ichitan company was founded by Tan Passakornatee who was the original founder of Oishi Group.

Later, the company registered capital for 1,300 million baht and a paid up capital of 1,300 million baht into ordinary shares on December 31, 2015.

On August 27, 2014, Mitsubishi Corporation and PT Sigmantara Alfindo have entered into a joint venture which aims to produce and sell Ichitan drinks in Indonesia.

[1][2][3] On August 24, 2022, Philippine snack food company Rebisco has entered the beverage market for the exclusive distributor of Ichitan in the Philippines.

[4] In January 2023, the famous Thai actor, singer, model, host and entrepreneur Vachirawit Chivaaree became the Brand Ambassador of Ichitan.
