Iraota rochana, the scarce silverstreak, is a species of lycaenid or blue butterfly with several subspecies found in Manipur, Myanmar, Java, Borneo, Sumatra, Malaya, Langkawi, Thailand, Singapore, Sulawesi and the Philippines.
The species was first described by Thomas Horsfield in 1829.
