Israel D. Maulsby

He served as a member of the Maryland House of Delegates, representing Harford County in 1813, from 1818 to 1820 and from 1836 to 1838.

[2] Maulsby volunteered and helped defend Baltimore at the Battle of North Point during the War of 1812.
