James Wray Williams (October 8, 1792 – December 2, 1842) was a U.S. Representative from Maryland.
[1] Williams served as a member of the Maryland House of Delegates, representing Harford County, in 1825 and from 1837 to 1839.
[1][2] Williams was elected as a Democrat to the 27th Congress and served from March 4, 1841, until his death.
[1] Williams died on December 2, 1842, at his home at the Prieshford farm, Deer Creek, Maryland.
