James F. Quigley

James Francis Quigley (December 22, 1859 – November 12, 1935) was an American lawyer and politician from New York.

[4] In 1890, James was elected to the New York State Assembly, representing the Kings County 8th District.

[4] In July 1894, James was appointed Police Justice to fill the deceased Robert E. Connelly's remaining term.

[8] In 1904, James was appointed Assistant Corporation Counsel and put in charge of the Bureau of Street Openings.

[11] In 1893, John married Irish immigrant Mary Theresa Davidson in a ceremony officiated by Bishop Charles Edward McDonnell.
