James Norris Reynolds IV (born December 22, 1968) is a former American Major League Baseball umpire.
[4] On June 15, 1992, Reynolds was base umpire for the Erie Sailors’ home opener against the Jamestown Expos.
[11] Reynolds was the second base umpire on May 29, 2010, when Roy Halladay threw the 20th perfect game in MLB history.
[12] Reynolds is married and graduated from South Catholic High School in Hartford, Connecticut.
Reynolds earned a degree in journalism at the University of Connecticut, which he attended with fellow umpire Dan Iassogna.
