Joe Carollo (American football)

Joseph Paul Carollo (born March 25, 1940) is an American former professional football player who was an offensive tackle for 12 seasons in the National Football League (NFL) for the Los Angeles Rams, Philadelphia Eagles, and the Cleveland Browns.

He played college football for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish and was selected in the second round of the 1962 NFL draft.

[1] He had a short career in professional wrestling from 1965 to 1967 where he worked in Texas, Hawaii, the Carolinas and Japan.

On May 23, 1966, Carollo and Kox defeated Giant Baba and Michiaki Yoshimura to win the All Asia Tag Team Championship.
