Jonathan Massaquoi (born 11 May 1988) is a Liberian former professional American football linebacker.

On 13 January 2012, Massaquoi announced that he would forgo his senior season and enter the 2012 NFL draft.

[6] In 2018, Massaquoi signed with the Birmingham Iron of the Alliance of American Football for the 2019 season.

[7] In the season opener against the Memphis Express, Massaquoi recorded two sacks with seven tackles.

[8] After the AAF ceased operations in April 2019, Massaquoi signed with the Calgary Stampeders of the Canadian Football League on 17 May 2019.
