Josh Forrest (born February 24, 1992) is a former American football linebacker.

He played college football at Kentucky and was selected by the Los Angeles Rams in the sixth round of the 2016 NFL draft.

[2] On June 9, 2016, the Rams signed Forrest to a four-year contract with the team.

On October 16, 2017, Forrest was signed to the practice squad of the Seattle Seahawks.
