Judith Valles (born 1933) is an American educator and former politician.
Valles went on to earn a master's degree in Spanish literature from the University of California, Riverside and to do doctoral work at the University of California, Los Angeles.
She was also host and producer for a Spanish-language television show for KVCR-TV.
After completing her second term as mayor, she served as president of Los Angeles Mission College for three years.
In 2012, she became a member of the San Bernardino Municipal Water Department Board of Commissioners.
