Karl-Conrad Mecke (30 December 1894 – 26 May 1982) was a Kapitän zur See with the Kriegsmarine during World War II and recipient of the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross (German: Ritterkreuz des Eisernen Kreuzes).
The Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross was awarded to recognise extreme battlefield bravery or successful military leadership.
Until 1955, Mecke was held as a prisoner of war by Finland, then the Soviet Union.
