Karnes Hollow is a tributary of Fishing Creek in Columbia County, Pennsylvania, in the United States.

[2] Karnes Hollow begins in a valley on Kramer Hill in Fishing Creek Township.

It then turns east and reaches its confluence with Fishing Creek a few hundred feet further downstream.
