Kelmentsi settlement territorial hromada (Ukrainian: Кельменецька селищна територіальна громада, romanized: Kelmenetska selyshchna terytorialna hromada) is a hromada of Ukraine, located in the country's western Chernivtsi Oblast.

Its capital is the urban-type settlement of Kelmentsi.
