Kennard Norman Winchester Jr. (born September 3, 1966) is an American former professional basketball player.
Winchester started his collegiate career with the James Madison Dukes and averaged 3.3 points per game during the 1984–85 season.

Kennard Winchester is the men's Varsity Basketball Coach at East Chapel Hill High School as of May 2023.
