Khui Ningomba (Old Manipuri: Ningthou Khui Ningompa) was a ruler of Ancient Manipur (Antique Kangleipak).
He was the successor of Emperor Taothingmang.
[2] It was during his reign that the Manipuri traders reached out on horseback to upper Burma and China.
