Kira Marie Pacifico Balinger (born August 3, 2000) is a Filipino actress, commercial model, endorser and performer.

[2][3] In late 2020, Balinger signed an exclusive contract with ABS-CBN.
[4] On that same year, she was cast in the drama Ang sa Iyo ay Akin.
[5] In July 2023, Balinger became the brand ambassadress of the RDL.
