Konakalla Narayana Rao (born May 4, 1950) is an Indian politician who served as a member of the Lok Sabha, representing the Machilipatnam constituency in Andhra Pradesh.
[3][4] Beyond his political career, he is involved in social and cultural activities in his hometown of Machilipatnam; and known for organizing theatre competitions.
Rao's position within the Lok Sabha hierarchy was next to the Deputy Speaker of the house.
In October 2024, he assumed the charge as chairman of Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation[6] While contesting the Lok Sabha elections, Rao promised to deliver results on long-pending projects within the Parliamentary Constituency of Machilipatnam.
