Kumasi High School, often referred to as KUHIS, is a category A boys' senior high school in the Ashanti Region of Ghana.

It is regarded as one of the best senior high schools in Ghana and the best business school in Ghana.

They are the reigning champions of the inter-school soccer competition in the Ashanti Region, and the current champions of Luvfm High School Debate, beating rivals Prempeh College in the finals.

They are also the maiden champions of the USA Ambassador business quiz and the first runners-up in the Ashanti Regional Science and Maths quiz.

The students are known collectively as Mmerantee (Gentlemen).
