Liberty is a town in Manitowoc County, Wisconsin, United States.

As of the census[2] of 2000, there were 1,287 people, 456 households, and 378 families residing in the town.

There were 456 households, out of which 36.2% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 77.0% were married couples living together, 3.5% had a female householder with no husband present, and 16.9% were non-families.
