Lift is the sixth studio album by Christian rock band Audio Adrenaline, released in 2001.

The band bought a house in a neighborhood in Nashville, Tennessee, and turned it into a studio.

[7] Steve Losey, of AllMusic, gave the album 3 stars out of 5, writing that the album "proves [the band] still have the chops to reign as one of the best bands Christian music has to offer" while also praising Mark Stuart vocals.
