Located in the 5-star Churchill Hotel on Seymour Street in the West End of London, the restaurant specialised in Italian cuisine.

There were also a variety of meat and fish dishes, as well as desserts.

The restaurant was awarded a Michelin star in 2003, which it retained every year until it closed.

A gas explosion occurred at the restaurant in November 2014, causing it to be closed for 4 months.

The restaurant closed permanently in January 2025 after 23 years of business, with Giorgio Locatelli citing reasons out of their control as the cause of closure.
