Loma Linda East is a census-designated place (CDP) in Jim Wells County, Texas, United States.

The concurrently running highways lead west 2 miles (3 km) to San Diego and east 8 miles (13 km) to Alice, the Jim Wells county seat.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 5.1 square miles (13.3 km2), all land.

The western part of Loma Linda East is served by the San Diego Independent School District.
