Westdale is a census-designated place (CDP) in Jim Wells County, Texas, United States.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 4.0 square miles (10.4 km2), all land.

10.9% of all households were made up of individuals, and 4.3% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

About 19.5% of families and 30.8% of the population were below the poverty line, including 44.9% of those under the age of eighteen and none of those 65 or over.

Westdale is served by the Orange Grove Independent School District.
