Magicplan is a mobile application developed by Sensopia Inc.[1] The app enables users to create 2D and 3D floor plans in real time by using the camera of a smartphone or tablet alongside augmented reality (AR) technology.

In 2016, Sensopia merged with B&O,[5] a German company conglomerate in the housing sector.
