The Town of Magnolia is located in Rock County, Wisconsin, United States.

The unincorporated communities of Cainville and Magnolia are located in the town.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 36 square miles (93.3 km2), all of it land.

There were 308 housing units at an average density of 8.5 per square mile (3.3/km2).
