Union is a town in Waupaca County, Wisconsin, United States.

As of the census[2] of 2000, there were 804 people, 291 households, and 233 families residing in the town.

The racial makeup of the town was 98.88% White, 0.37% Native American, 0.62% Asian, and 0.12% from two or more races.

17.5% of all households were made up of individuals, and 7.2% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
