Matthias Paul (born 15 July 1964[1][2][3][4] in Frankfurt (Oder)[1][2]) is a German actor, singer and director.
After school, he completed an apprenticeship as an aircraft mechanic[5] at Berlin-Schönefeld Airport.
[5] From 1987 to 1991 he studied at the Ernst Busch Academy of Dramatic Arts, Berlin.
[3] In 1999, he played a major role in the action series "Die Motorrad-Cops – Hart am Limit [de]".
[1][5][6][3][7][8][9][10] Since 2009 he works as a director for television, increasingly for soap operas, and has directed some 300 episodes (up to 2019).
