After signing with Atlantic, they headed to Los Angeles, where they spent the spring of 2005 in the studio, with producer Howard Benson[1] (My Chemical Romance, P.O.D.).
[2] After the album's release, the band spent the summer of 2006 opening for Post-grunge act Seether on the Karma and Effect tour.
On December 12, 2007 it was announced that lead singer Nate Stone had left Mercy Fall to pursue folk music.
