Metcalf is a village in Young America Township, Edgar County, Illinois, United States.

[4] As of the 2020 census[3] there were 139 people, 113 households, and 92 families residing in the village.

There were 113 households, out of which 46.9% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 74.34% were married couples living together, 3.54% had a female householder with no husband present, and 18.58% were non-families.

18.58% of all households were made up of individuals, and 7.08% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
