As of the 2020 census[1] there were 461 people, 242 households, and 194 families residing in the township.

There were 212 housing units at an average density of 8.55 per square mile (3.30/km2).

18.60% of all households were made up of individuals, and 8.30% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
