Michael Purcell (born April 20, 1991) is an American former professional football defensive tackle.
He played college football at Wyoming, and was signed by the San Francisco 49ers as an undrafted free agent in 2013.
Purcell was born in Highlands Ranch, Colorado to a Samoan father and Hawaiian mother.
He earned first-team All-Mountain West Conference honors as a senior after recording 83 tackles, 1.5 sacks and two forced fumbles.

[21] In Week 2 of the 2020 season against the Pittsburgh Steelers, Purcell recorded his first sack in five years on Ben Roethlisberger during the 26–21 loss.
