Minami Juku Station (南宿駅, Minami-Juku-eki) is a train station located in the city of Hashima, Gifu Prefecture, Japan, operated by the private railway operator Meitetsu.

Minami Juku Station is a station on the Takehana Line, and is located 5.2 kilometers from the terminus of the line at Kasamatsu.

Minami Juku Station has two ground-level side platforms connected by a level crossing.

Minami Juku Station opened on June 25, 1921.
